Piloxing is the best workout I have ever had! You get the cardiovascular along with the toning, strengthening and lengthening of your body all in 1 quick hour! Julie’s energy and guidance with her fun music makes the time go by so fast. But seriously, the results I have had are like no results I have had in my entire life. I just turned 50 last June. Until I began Piloxing, I had never had shape to my legs. I now actually have muscle tone and definition that I never had before! I can’t wait to go to class every morning to begin my day.

Julie’s PILOXING class is intense, but fun at the same time. She is full of energy which gets you pumped up about exercising. I have never been in better shape in my life and it’s thanks to Julie and PILOXING. I noticed I am toner and have more energy. It’s a great way to start your morning. When I started with Julie I was a size 8 and now I am a 2! I have been able to maintain this weight with her workouts. Beginners are welcome, before Julie I had never worked out in my life!

I LOVE THIS CLASS!!! I have been running for the last 5 years (average 2 to 3 half marathons annually) but running does NOT tone my entire body...and it’s not nearly as fun as this workout and class! However, just because I’m having a blast, this “IS” a workout and I leave feeling VERY accomplished! Julie White is an amazing motivator as well as trainer. She makes it so fun that you sometimes forget you are working out! Beginners are welcomed with open arms. I felt right at home from the very first class. She shows and teaches both low and high impact so whatever your fitness level you can do this class! A+ in my book. This class ROCKS!
