A more personal approach.........

I love teaching group fitness, but my real joy is helping women define and achieve their own personal fitness goals.  I know group fitness is not for everyone so I am so excited to offer one-on-one training.  My way of training is different than the traditional approach.  I am not big on machines or fancy and expensive equipment.  I have trained and sculpted women's bodies for over 17 years using light weights, toy balls, dish towels, resistance bands, a chair and some good tunes.
