Piloxing is a high-energy fusion of boxing, standing Pilates and dance.

In 2009, Piloxing creator Viveca Jensen combined her three favorite exercises – Pilates, boxing and dance - to empower students through an effective, calorie burning workout. Since then, Piloxing has gained popularity in 92 countries, impacting more than 1.5 million participants each day. Now, there are other fusion formats, such as Piloxing Barre, a lower-impact format that uses ballet barre movements to strengthen and lengthen the body.
