Boost fitness is a truly effective 1-hour workout specifically designed for a woman's body. Julie White has a true passion for teaching group fitness classes to women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels!

Julie White was one of the first Piloxing instructors. She is the only Elite Piloxing Instructor in Orange County and was recently named Best Alternative Fitness by CBS. Julie has recently added Piloxing Barre to her schedule of classes.
